My first Christmas in Canada couldn’t be better than this. I recently collaborated with Chapters Indigo to showcase my #MakeitMerry festive celebrations with you all. As most of you already know I’ve adopted the less is more concept, so this festive décor has a minimal style but maximum goodness.
You do not need many things or a stressful way to welcome the Holidays. All you need is a clear mind and spirit of the holidays in your heart. I often tell my friends and family do not collect things/ materials unless they have a sense of belonging in your life, rather make memories that would remain with you forever. Hence I decided to make the holidays memorable with Chapters Indigo as I believe all the goodies that they stock are timeless and have a sense of appeal to many.
I am celebrating this festive season with a white and gold palette. As you see from the pictures above and below I’ve opted to decorate my corner at home with a 48” Golden Sparkle LED tree that is timeless and has a great sense of festive appeal. The illuminating lights remind us of the festive spirit. Instead of going for fancy gifts or other decorations I’ve added a cute Deer in the woods snow globe, a cozy Xmas Tree cushion on my couch and a white rug to complete this minimal décor.
I was quite happy with my decorations only because I decided to stick to my original theme of white and gold. Often times we go overboard in our festive decors but let that idea not divert your plans. Keep it simple and classy.
Happy Holidays! As we speak I’m sitting under my Golden Sparkle tree writing festive greetings on my Gold Typography cards to my loved ones far and near. This hot cup of coffee keeps me company while I pencil down all my thoughts into words. Funnily enough I am somebody who loves writing greeting cards and letters so that’s another way to relive those festive moments that I’ve grown up too.
Make it a holiday to remember……
