Waiching’s Take 5 on Halloween!

2,000 years and we’re still continuing the Halloween legacy. Not that I love spooky characters or horror films (which I dread secretly), I do enjoy Halloween very much. At times I realize that I haven’t given up things I enjoyed doing as child and I still continue them today. And Halloween is definitely one of them. Life to me is always about “You only live once”, so you’ve got to make the most of it. And unleash the little monster in you.

I love Halloween for the eccentric costume decors, pranking friends and sneaking out of home to collect all those delicious candies, which I normally wouldn’t eat. But today Halloween is all about fun and families coming to celebrate this spooky day together.

But today I’d like to round up 5 things to check out this Halloween if you are in Dubai:

Halloween with LUSH:

Lush Waichings Wall Halloween

This is one cool brand and I know a lot of you already love it. Well I love it due to the fact; all its products are hand made, pure and natural. They’ve got a spooky line up of products for Halloween. You can choose from the Sparkly Pumpkin, Lord of Misrule, Nightwing shower jelly and plenty more in store. However my favourite is the ‘Sparkly Pumpkin’ perfect for you’re after Halloween Party soak up.

Fume’s got Halloween Treats:

Fume’s been a hit in Dubai. And this time for Halloween they’ve prepared a special Halloween Menu apart from the regualr al Carte menu, which includes pumpkin risotto with creamy scallops, and a bite of ginger and of course the regular baked pumpkin cheesecake would be available too. The in-house mixologist would be preparing some frightening drinks such as the Brain Damage shot, Devil Martini, Mr Hyde’s Potion etc. Apart from this the restaurant would be running a costume competition for all the costume lovers. Do check out this place over Halloween.

Get Collecting at Candylicious:

Halloween is an exciting time for most of us and in particular for children. Well candies are synonymous with Halloween and so I think there’s this one store in Dubai that I particularly love, which is Candylicious. I love their little chocolate corners to the Hershey’s area, Garett’s Popocorn all of them are extremely enticing and whenever I’m there I’m literally lost in sweetness. They’ve got a range of events on October 30th. Take your kids there or grab some sugar yourself.

Halloween Weekend @TribecaDubai

A no fuss and all fun Halloween – if that’s what you want. Try visiting the newest happening spot at JBR, which is the Tribeca Kitchen & Bar. They’ve got tons of events lined up over the weekend. And I particularly reckon this place to be a fun spot where you can connect with friends and enjoy some bubbles. It’s got the spooky costume competition going wherein everyone dressed in costume get free welcome drinks and the one with best costume wins a prize when the clock strikes midnight. Alternatively Tribeca Dubai is open for both Brunches & Dinners. Pop in and say hello to the ghastly creatures.

The Good Vs Evil at Cielo

Well Halloween isn’t over yet. Saturday night Halloween revelers can experience a fun evening at the rooftop-venue, Cielo Sky Lounge at The Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club.

The night is themed at Good Vs Evil and they’d be plenty of surprises for all the party goers. They’ve got a devilish menu in place where you can juggle between trick or treats while enjoying the amazing view of Dubai. It’s a stylish venue and Dubai dwellers often visit this place.
